Program approach
These one-to-one executive mentoring sessions provide an intimate and trusting environment which identifies the participant’s requirements and issues they are facing. Over time, personal coaching reveals how to: utilise emotional intelligence to develop self awareness, move to self agreement to change our behaviour and take action to affect change. The program provides an opportunity to take stock of one’s personal and professional situation to see where change is needed to fulfil ambitions.
