Juan José, the founder of ALLETRUST, has over 30 years’ experience of leadership development and management training. He is a strong believer in the importance of people development and the need we all have to grow our own personal leadership skills. He reasons that once people have acquired this knowledge themselves, they are then motivated to help others to grow as well.

Juanjo’s winning style has been obvious from the start, with leadership responsibilities in many positions during his 29 year career at DuPont. With his energy, enthusiasm, creativity and passion for people development, he achieved highly prized results. ‘It was,’ as Juanjo says, ‘a matter of first, developing my own leadership skills and then, helping others to find theirs.’

Once Juanjo consolidated his approach in successfully leading people and business, he took on a new challenge by founding ALLETRUST in 2006. Later, he co-founded Helyospartners , a synergy-centred partnership that helps businesses grow, and Virtway – a virtual simulation technology provider for people development skills. Juanjo is also a board member on several multi-national corporations.

As a personal coach and business leadership advisor, Juanjo’s human and ‘walking the talk’ leadership style inspires other leaders to develop their own style. He is committed to continually improving leadership coaching methods through development of new innovative leadership models centred on emotional intelligence, including the highly successful AAA ® (Awareness, Agreement, Action) Change Model

And the source of energy for all this work? In his own words Juanjo says, ‘I find my energy and biggest joy is helping people to draw on their own energy and use it to find and take the next step.’
